1. Program Description
The Great Health Reset is a self-paced, effort-based wellness education and coaching program that includes video modules, a Functional Health Assessment, guided supplement protocols using CellCore Biosciences products, and access to community and support resources. It is educational and coaching in nature.

2. No Guarantee of Results
Your results depend on your individual participation, consistency, and effort. Awakened Wellness LLC makes no guarantee of specific health outcomes, symptom resolution, or timeline of results. Results vary by individual.

3. Medical Disclaimer
This program is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Before beginning any new supplement, diet, or exercise routine, you should consult your primary care provider — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a diagnosed medical condition, or take prescription medication. If you take any medications, consult your pharmacist or prescribing provider regarding potential interactions before starting. Awakened Wellness LLC and Nurse Tanya do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease, and nothing in this program should be construed as medical advice.

4. Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final 14 days from the date of purchase.
Within the first 14 days, you may request a refund of program fees minus a $500 fee covering your welcome box and first month's products, which you retain — no products need to be returned.
Refund requests must include a written statement from your primary care provider or pharmacist identifying a specific medical reason you are unable to continue the program.
Requests outside these terms, or without the required documentation, will not be honored.

5. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in dietary, supplement, and lifestyle changes carries inherent risk, and you voluntarily assume that risk by enrolling.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awakened Wellness LLC, its owner, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
