I spent years in the wellness world believing that the right protocol, the right supplements, and enough discipline were always the answer. I had strong opinions about GLP-1. I told people in my community to stay away from it.

What I found is that there's a sweet spot — and most people never find it because they're overdosed, under-supported, and handed a prescription with no plan. When you use these tools correctly, with the right support around them and at the right dose for your body, the results are real.
