Awakened Wellness Membership Agreement & Terms

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Awakened Wellness LLC (“Awakened Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the undersigned individual (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) for the purpose of establishing a private membership relationship governed by the terms below.
By signing this Agreement and paying the membership fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of This Agreement

Awakened Wellness operates as a private membership-based community providing educational resources, lifestyle guidance, wellness coaching, healing services, and access to natural health products. Our purpose is to support members in making informed personal decisions about their health and wellness.
All interactions, services, and recommendations are offered within a private membership context and are not intended for the general public.

2. Nature of Services and Products

Awakened Wellness provides education, coaching, and wellness-related services which may include, but are not limited to:
  • Lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness coaching
  • Bioenergetic and frequency-based healing services
  • Detoxification, supplementation, and lifestyle enhancement strategies
  • Natural health products, supplements, and related items
We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or cure any disease. All services and products are for educational and self-empowerment purposes only. You are encouraged to consult a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatments.

3. Membership and Voluntary Participation

By entering into this Agreement and paying the one-time membership fee, you become a lifetime member of Awakened Wellness.
  • Membership is voluntary and may be terminated by either party at any time.
  • Services and products are offered only to members.
  • This Agreement establishes a private contractual relationship between you and Awakened Wellness, which is governed by private membership principles and mutual consent.

4. Member Responsibilities

As a Member, you agree to:
  • Take full responsibility for your own health decisions.
  • Use any information, services, or products from Awakened Wellness at your own discretion and risk.
  • Consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding potential interactions, contraindications, or side effects of any supplement, lifestyle change, or practice discussed.
  • Refrain from sharing member-only materials, protocols, or resources outside of the private membership without written permission.

5. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept that all wellness choices involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your decisions and actions.
You hereby release and hold harmless Awakened Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from your participation in this private membership, including but not limited to the use or misuse of information, products, or services provided.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared within this membership — whether by you or by Awakened Wellness — will be treated as private and confidential. Your information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Awakened Wellness does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or benefits. Your results depend on your personal choices, consistency, and overall lifestyle. The tools, information, and guidance offered are intended to support your journey, but ultimate responsibility rests with you.

8. Jurisdiction and Agreement to Private Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is intended to be governed by private contract law and the principles of mutual agreement between consenting parties. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved privately through good-faith negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before resorting to public courts, except as otherwise required by law.

9. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between you and Awakened Wellness regarding membership and supersedes any previous understandings, agreements, or representations. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You understand that you are entering into a private membership relationship and assume full responsibility for your participation.
