1. Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets.
- Must be a U.S. resident to participate.
- Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
- Entries are purchased through the official Awakened Wellness raffle page.
- Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the drawing for that specific prize.
- You may purchase multiple tickets; each additional ticket increases your chances.
- Entries are non-refundable.
3. Prize Information
The raffle includes the following prizes:
- Firedragon Red-Light Panel
- Approximate Retail Value: $899
- Inferno LED Mask
- Approximate Retail Value: $699
- Nikki Watch Retail value $600
Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash, except where noted in Section 5 regarding minimum ticket requirements.
4. Raffle Dates
- Ticket sales open: Immediately upon publication.
- Ticket sales close: January 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM MST, or when all tickets are sold.
- Winners announced: January 11, 2026, during the VIP “In-Touch” Event.
- Winners will be notified by email and/or phone.
You do not need to be present to win.
5. Minimum Ticket Requirement (Important)
To ensure fairness and sustainability of the raffle:
A minimum of 40 paid entries must be sold per prize.
If the minimum is NOT met for either prize:
The raffle for that prize will convert to a 50% cash payout
to one (1) randomly drawn ticket holder.
Example:
- If 10 tickets are sold at $18 each for the Firedragon,
the winner receives 50% of the revenue collected for that prize.
No physical device will be awarded if the minimum is not reached.
This protects the integrity of the event and ensures the raffle remains fair and financially viable.
6. Drawing & Winner Selection
- Winners will be chosen at random using a neutral drawing method.
- Only paid entries for that prize will be included in the drawing.
- All decisions of Awakened Wellness LLC are final.
- In the rare event that a drawn winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Awakened Wellness reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
7. Shipping & Pickup
- Prizes may be picked up locally at Awakened Wellness (Sidney, MT).
- If shipping is required, the winner agrees to cover shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Awakened Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier damage.
8. No Medical Claims
Red-light devices are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Participation in the raffle and use of the products is at the winner’s discretion.
Nothing associated with this raffle constitutes medical advice.
9. Publicity Release
By entering, you agree that Awakened Wellness LLC may use your first name, last initial, photo, or testimonial for promotional purposes, including social media, livestream announcements, or future raffle promotions.
No compensation will be provided for such use.
10. Limitation of Liability
Awakened Wellness LLC is not responsible for:
- Technical errors
- Payment processing failures
- Lost entries
- Miscommunications
- Device malfunctions after delivery
- Acts of God or unforeseen delays
Your participation signals agreement that the company’s liability is limited to the terms described here.
11. Modification or Cancellation
Awakened Wellness LLC may modify or cancel the raffle in the event of:
- Fraud
- Technical issues
- Lack of minimum participation
- Circumstances beyond our control
Any changes will be posted on the raffle page.
12. Agreement to Rules
By purchasing any ticket, you:

- Affirm that your purchase is voluntary
- Acknowledge all raffle entries are final and non-refundable
