Breast Health Isn’t Just an “Older Woman” Conversation
There are conversations we keep putting off.
We’ll learn more when we’re older.
We’ll pay attention when something changes.
We’ll ask questions at our next appointment.
Then life gets busy, and our own health slips down the list again.
As a nurse, a mother, and a grandmother, I want us to have this conversation sooner.
What we do when we’re young matters more than we think. And we’re never too old to start learning.
October brings pink ribbons and reminders about breast cancer awareness. I want to use that attention to help you understand your body, ask better questions, and take an active role in your health.
That’s why I’m hosting Empower Through Awareness on October 25, and I’m personally inviting you to join me.

Let’s make room for the questions

Maybe you’ve wondered how hormones fit into the breast health conversation.
Maybe you want to understand why I talk so much about liver function, everyday habits, and the foundations of health.
Maybe you have a family history that leaves you wondering what questions you should be asking.
Or maybe you’ve simply never had a place to learn about these subjects without feeling overwhelmed.
This is a place to begin.
We’ll explore breast health through my foundational, root-cause lens, with education you can use to have more informed conversations and make thoughtful choices about your health.

You deserve to understand the “why” behind the conversation.

Bring someone you love into the conversation

I keep thinking about our daughters and granddaughters.
What do we want them to understand about their bodies? What questions do we want them to feel comfortable asking? What habits do we want them to carry into adulthood?
And what are we still learning ourselves?
You don’t have to have all the answers to start that conversation. Sometimes the most meaningful thing you can say is, “Let’s learn together.”
Send this invitation to your daughter, your sister, your best friend, or the woman who takes care of everyone else.

Join me October 25

When you register for Empower Through Awareness, you can also grab my free ebook to begin exploring the topic before we meet.
Make a little space on your calendar for yourself. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and someone you care about.

With love,
