Today did not go as planned.
Staff called in sick. I’m running the store solo. I’ve got a sign on the door that says “Back in an hour” while I sneak away to teach and connect with you.
Why am I telling you that?
Because this is what commitment looks like in real life.
It’s not glossy. It’s not perfect. It’s not color-coded.
It’s messy. It’s inconvenient. And it’s still… consistent.
And that’s exactly what this conversation is about:
Ending the year strong and finally getting honest about your patterns.
Your Body Isn’t Confused. It’s Responding to Your Patterns.
We love to say:
“My hormones are all over the place.”
“My metabolism is broken.”
“My body is just confused.”
No.
Your body is not confused. Your body is responding to your patterns.
If your pattern is:
Start strong in January → fall off in February
Buy the program → don’t finish the modules
Take the supplements → ignore the lifestyle…
…then your body is simply doing what you’ve trained it to do.
That’s not shame. That’s honesty. And honesty is where healing starts.
Consistency Is a Hormone
If I could bottle one thing for you, it wouldn’t be another supplement.
It would be consistency.
Consistency acts in your life like a hormone:
It stabilizes your energy
It supports your metabolism
It keeps your mood from swinging all over the place
It keeps you in motion when motivation disappears
You might think:
“My hormones are out of whack.”
Maybe.
Or maybe your lack of consistency is the “hormone” that’s missing.

Are there things we can’t control? Absolutely.
But we can:
Change what we put in our mouths
Change what we put on our skin
Change how we move
Change how we sleep
Change what we agree with mentally and spiritually
When you change the environment, your body responds.
