The Wolverine Stack: Why I'm Talking About Recovery Differently This Month
I'm going to tell you something I don't say publicly very often. I've been in a long battle with leaky gut — and I mean a real one, not a guess. I did the actual testing. Not symptoms and a hunch, Functional labs. And when I retested after adding the capsule form of what I'm about to tell you about, the numbers moved. Real, measurable improvement.
That's why I believe what I'm about to say to my core: the gut is the foundation of health. Not your workouts, not your supplements, not your willpower. The foundation. Everything else you're trying to build — your energy, your joints, your resilience — sits on top of it. If the foundation's cracked, you can pour all the effort in the world into the rest and still feel like you're falling behind.
Here's something else I've noticed after years of 1:1, working hands on people in this work: almost nobody comes to me because their body is failing all at once. It's slower than that. It's the knee that never quite came back after the injury. The gut that's been "off" since who-knows-when. The tiredness that sleep doesn't fix anymore. Everybody's just quietly adapting to a body that isn't recovering the way it used to — and calling it normal.
I don't think it has to be normal. That's why I've been digging into a dual-peptide protocol this month called the Wolverine Stack, and why I want to walk you through it plainly, no hype, no promises I can't back up.
What it actually is
The Wolverine Stack pairs two peptides — BPC-157 and TB-500 — that have been studied for their roles in tissue repair, gut lining integrity, and directing the body's own healing cells where they're needed. It's available as an injection or a capsule, and it's built around three things: connective tissue, gut barrier function, and whole-body recovery and resilience.
Here's the piece I find fascinating: your gut lining is held together by tight junctions in the mucosal membrane — think of them as the seals between the cells lining your intestinal wall. When those junctions loosen, that's what people mean when they say "leaky gut." BPC-157 has been explored in gastrointestinal research specifically for its role in supporting that junction integrity and the gut's barrier function. That's the mechanism behind why I noticed a difference, and why I lead with the gut when I talk about this stack.
A licensed physician reviews every single intake and sets the actual protocol — I'm not the one deciding if it's right for you, and neither is anyone else on our team. That screening step matters, and it's non-negotiable.
Who it tends to speak to
If any of these sound familiar, you're exactly who I'm writing this for:
- The one who's still active but everything hurts. Cranky knees, a shoulder that never fully healed, tendon pain that flares when you push. You're not chasing a quick fix — you just want your body to keep up with your life again.
- The one whose gut has never been the same. Bloating, sensitivity, that low-grade "something's off" feeling you've tried to fix with every elimination diet and probiotic on the shelf.
- The one who just wants to feel resilient again. Running on empty, recovering slower from workouts or just from life, tired of giving everything to everyone else and having nothing left over.
Your body was built to move — my job is helping you support it so it can keep doing that.
Where the science stands
I want to be straight with you: this isn't a cure and it isn't magic. Research suggests this pairing may support the body's natural recovery pathways, inflammatory balance, and gastrointestinal tissue integrity. It's not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and I'm not going to promise you a timeline. What I can tell you is that it's physician-reviewed, sourced through a licensed pharmacy, and shipped straight to your door. Create a free account to see all the products.

Recovery isn't just for athletes. It's for anyone who's tired of adapting around a body that isn't keeping up with them anymore.
