Let's clear something up right away: Awakened Wellness is not leaving Sidney.
When Nurse Tanya is at The Haven in Williston on Thursdays and Fridays, our Sidney location is still open and running exactly the way you're used to. Kallie and Bonnie will be there holding down the fort — red light therapy and ionic foot baths, business as usual. Nothing about your Sidney experience changes. We're just adding a second door.
This Is a Big Deal
We're not being dramatic when we say this partnership is one of the most exciting things happening in the MonDak right now — it's big-city wellness access landing in a small-town community.
The Haven is a full wellness destination in its own right — 9 treatment rooms, 5 spa rooms, a float therapy pod, red light therapy cocoons, and medical massage from owner Crystal and her team of therapists. Now Awakened Wellness is there too, bringing functional lab testing, root cause investigation, and individualized health programs into the same building.
A quick note so there's zero confusion: Awakened Wellness and The Haven are two separate businesses, partnering — not merging. When you see Nurse Tanya, you're a client of Awakened Wellness. When you book a Haven service, you're a client of The Haven. Two check-outs, two teams, one shared location. And a few things stay Sidney-exclusive for now — the ionic foot bath and the high-powered PEMF are only available at Awakened Wellness in Sidney. The Haven doesn't offer those.
What this partnership does mean is convenience and range. Want a root cause review with Tanya and a massage with Crystal's team the same day? Now you can, in one trip to Williston — even though you're paying and booking with each business separately. That's the win: getting big-city-level breadth of care without leaving town.
The FlowPresso Is Going Full-Time in Williston
Here's something worth getting excited about: the FlowPresso will eventually live full-time at The Haven. Right now you can experience it Saturday, Tuesday, and Wednesday — with The Haven open until 6 PM Williston time, so there's real flexibility to get in.
